Mixpo’s survey suggests that marketers will focus their video advertisement on Facebook more than any other social media website for 2015. 125 agencies were surveyed and 87 percent said they planned to run Facebook video ads while only 81.5 percent planned to use YouTube. This is a big change from 2014, when only 63% planned to use Facebook and 73% chose YouTube.
The report also includes other information such as the percentages of digital advertising budgets spent on social advertising, the top social networks used to run video advertising campaigns, how important social advertising is to advertisers in their digital media mix, among other results.
